The upcoming SABC broadcasts are a huge milestone for the safariLIVE family!
We are extremely excited to be able to broadcast our LIVE, interactive safari experience on South African television for the first time. This does of course mean that once again, we need to polish our performance and make sure that we are TV ready.
As a result we will be doing three sets of private rehearsals during the course of the week. This will however, impact our usual broadcast schedule. The Sunset Safaris on Monday 15, Thursday 18 and Saturday 20 October will only be two hours in duration. The Sunrise Safari broadcasts will remain unaffected.
Please see the rehearsal schedule for your time zone below:

I hope Brent won’t be preaching to the SABC audience like he did to us on the morning drive for 10-16. If he feels that there is some benefit to shooting wildlife, fine but to go on and on and one can only suppose that WE supports this as well since it allowed him to go on and on ad nauseum. Probably will not be watching much SL anymore because of that.
Here’s the thing, though: what has irritated you, absolutely delights others.
But it DOESN’T delight everyone, including me. Brent can be somewhat preachy and “braggy” about all of his knowledge sometimes, in my opinion. Yes, it’s interesting, but sometimes it’s just too much!
What happened to facebook page with all the updates…gremlins, time changes and peopke leaving? It has disappearwd! Very annoying.
thank you so much for letting us know! The time for USA is so helpful and I’m so happy that Safari Live has this new Adventure and a larger platform! I hope Every T.V show goes well and has a lot of excitement for the viewers as well as guides, camera men!
