SABC Rehearsals update

The first four episodes of safariLIVE on SABC 3 have been a huge success.

So much so that we were the second most watched show on the channel for the month of October! As many of you know, South Africa is a nation obsessed with the bushveld, yet there are a few other things South Africans are obsessed with. The ‘gentleman’s game’ of cricket is one such obsession. As a result, safariLIVE will be going off-air on the SABC until Sunday 23 December to make way for our annual T20 cricket series beginning on 18 November.

This does mean there will be an adjustment to the usual safari schedule. We will still be doing rehearsals weekly on Thursdays and Saturdays, but as of 18 November the Sunset Safari on Sunday will return to the usual 3 hour adventure through the Sabi Sand in South Africa and the Maasai Mara in Kenya.
