We all need to slow down sometimes, to sit quietly in nature and soak up the sounds and sights of a world that is peaceful, pristine and a balm to our senses and our souls.

With the stress of day-to-day living increasing and taking a toll on our health and intimate connections, WE believe that everyone deserves to connect with themselves in a place that reminds us of a simpler, quieter world. Where better to do this than in the wilderness?

Join us for our brand new show, Escape to Nature, for a slower and more meaningful way of being in the wild bush of Africa. Straight after the sunrise safari, you can immerse yourself in the sanctuary of nature. This live show is at a different pace and will take off the pressure as we let the animals come to us, allowing you the time and space you need to unwind, reflect, rejoice and rejuvenate at your own pace.

From 9:30am CAT until 1:30pm CAT, you can relax in the beauty of the bush, enjoying the natural sights and sounds that are brought to you from our brand new photographic hide as well as from Amakhala and the three dam cams at Mashatu in Botswana, Okaukuejo in Namibia’s Etosha National Park, and our beloved Djuma cam in the Greater Kruger National Park.

Escape to Nature will switch between Ralph on the dam cams, Lauren in Amakhala and our newest team member, Dylan Rice. Dylan is a photographic guide and he will be zooming in live for gorgeous photography and scenic shots from Kuzuko Private Game Reserve in South Africa’s Eastern Cape. Dylan will be making memories with you as his video camera allows him to set up  memorable photos and explain how best to get the best out of photography in the bush.

There will be much less talking from our guides and while they will answer a few questions, the show will be about you taking time off to immerse yourself in the natural world and to revel in its uplifting and deeply healing properties.

Watch Escape To Nature and take your time in this busy world as nature comes to you. Listen to your own heart as it beats in time to the bird calls, still your mind as you watch the natural world unfurl around you and find sanctuary with us. Coming to you live on the WildEarth channel and app, straight after the sunrise safari.
