Amber Eyes and her littermate Ridge Nose were born in 2012, to an unammed lionness who was killed when the Birmingham Males took over the pride.. She was sired by one of the ousted Matimba Males. Amber Eyes was not very successful in raising her first couple of litters and was often see more as an aunt to other lionesses' cubs. Her third known litter, in July 2019, finally was a success with four (three females and one male) surviving past their first year. Max Supply: 500

As Dark Mane was, Blondie was born to the Avoca Pride and sired by Avoca/Giraffe Males of the Timbavati area in early to mid 2013. Blondie was seen in the Northern Sabi Sands for the first time in early 2018. Together with Dark Mane and Mohawk he ruled Djuma and between the three of them they sired various cubs with the Talamati and Nkuhuma Pride lionesses in early to mid 2019. Blondie and his brother Mohawk are currently regularly seen with the Nkuhuma Pride. Max Supply: 900

Corky was born in late August/early September of 2009 to a female known as Floppy Ear. After the clan matriarch, Madame, died in 2017, Corky, aginst the odds, took over as matriarch at the expense of Pretty, who was Madame's daughter. She'd had more than her fair share of escapes, including when she was attacked by one of the Avoca Males in November of 2018 close to the den area. including In August of 2019 she was seen with a badly injured elbow areas around Gowrie Dam. After she healed she returned to the den in early 2020, but by then Ribbon, a lower ranked female, Over time Corky has been clawing back some of her lost power and as of early November 2021, it looks like she might be getting close to regaining the matriarch position in the clan. Born to the Avoca Pride and sired by the Avoca/Giraffe Males of the Timbavati area in early to mid 2013. He first appeared with two others in the northern Sabi Sands in February/March of 2018 at Buffelshoek.Dam. As there were no other territorial males in the area at that time they quickly established themselves as the dominant males. The three of them started mating with the Talamati and Nkuhuma Prides soon after and cubs were born in early to mid 2019 with both prides. Aside from the dar mane that gave him his name, Dark Mane can be recognised by a distinctive limp. This limp stems from an injury to his right leg he sustained while taking down a buffalo with Nkuhuma Pride. Max Supply: 600

Hosana was in Karula's last litter along with his sister Xongile. His mother disappeared [presumed dead] when he was about 13 months old and he was forced to fend for himself along with his sister. He initially lived on Djuma Game Reserve but later ventured off into other areas. He eventually established a territory on Singita after ousting the dominant Anderson Male there. Max Supply: 900

Hukumuri, known for his penchant for hunting warthogs and resting on termite mounds, came into the Sabi Sands in 2017. He ended up going blind in his right eye due to a hunting accident, or a fight with another leopard. He managed to withstand the increasing pressure from other leopards trying to usurp his territory for quite some time but, eventually, his injury and age forced him to concede and move away. Unfortunately, this pushed him to and beyond the edges of the Sabi Sands and he lost his life in January of 2021 after he started to pose a danger to people living in a nearby village. Karula, meaning peace, was also affectionately known as the Queen of Djuma during her lifetime. She was born in 2004 as the daughter of Safari and, most likely, Mufufunyane. Karula was well-known for being an excellent mother and beating the odds to successfully raise multiple litters of cubs to adulthood. With her calm and relaxed demeanour, she was a favourite of viewers and guests alike. She suddenly disappeared in March of 2017, leaving behind her last two cubs, Hosana and Xongile, to survive on their own. Max Supply: 300

Born in March of 2020 to Thandi, Maribye (pronounced Marieps) caused a lot of commotion and concern after catching and killing a puff adder during a LIVE safari in July of 2021 as he sufered a bite from this highly venomous snake in the process. Keeping everyone on tenterhooks for the days following the incident, he proved the strength and resilience of wild cats by fully recovering within less than a week. He showed no lasting effects as shortly afterwards he went after a large monitor lizard and pulled it out of a termite mound. Max Supply: 1200

This lion was born in late 2015 to one of the older Mhangeni females and sired by one of the Majingilane males. He, two siblings and 9 other sub-adults from the Mhangeni Pride were forced into early independence by the pride wehich marked the start of a tough journey through life. This male and a brother/cousin first showed up near the Nkuhuma Pride around September of 2018 with a bad case of mange. The two followed the Nkuhumas around for ometime after which his brother/cousin disappeared. Over time ther Mhangeni was accepted by part of the Nkuhuma pride and formed a bond with a young Nkuhuma male, a younger lioness and the oldest female known as Nana. He did recover from the mange and following this did well and was seen moving around the Sabi Sands with others for a while. Unfortunately, he was found dead in November of 2019. An autopsy found he died of natural causes and an internal infection. Max Supply: 200

Mohawk was the third of the three males who made Djuma their territory in the first qurter of 2018, coming down from the Timbavati area as the resident males of Djuma oved south and left a vacuum. He got his nickname because of a mane that did not fully fill out and shows a spike/mohawk area in the middle.He and his two male companions, Blondie and Dark Mane, fathered several cubs with the Talamati and Nkuhuma females in 2019. He is still regularly seen with the Nkuhuma pride. Max Supply: 300

Ntima was born to Ribbon in February of 2017. The name Ntima means 'black' in Xitsonga, the local language. Ntima can be recognised by a small set of spots in the form of an N on her side towards her hip, and an arch of spots on her left shoulder with a single dot beneath it. Max Supply: 300

She was born in mid 2012 along with her littermates Junior and one other cub that did not survive. Purple Eye is the daughter of one of the Matimba Males. Her name comes from the colour of her right eyethat was injured or damged some time in early 2017. Max Supply: 300

Quarantine was born as the son of the then Queen of Djuma, Karula in late November or early December 2012. He was probably fathered by Mvula. Quarantine was named after the large open area on Djuma Private Game Reserve where he was often seen. The frequency of sightings of him varies strongly as he has a large territory to patrol and moves around a lot. Max Supply: 600

Born in 2013, we do not know who her mother is. Ribbon has a quite unique spot pattern in the shape of a cancer awareness ribbon on her left hip. Her side markings are also unique and look like ribbons, too. These patterns are what prompted the choice for her name. Ribbon reigned as clan matriarch from around September 2019 until beginning of November 2021 during the absence of Corky. Max Supply: 600

The Stump-tailed female of the Talamati Pride is quite the miracle survivor. No one knows what happened to her as a cub, but she was seen one day trying to follow her mother and the rest of the pride,.dragging her hind legs, and unable to walk. With the help of her mother and with the pride taking care of her, she managed to overcome this injury and while she still walks with a bit of a limp with her hip, and has the end of her tail missing, she has ended up doing quite well given her difficult start in life.. Swazi and his littermate Ndebele were born in late August/early September of 2018 to Pretty. In July of 2020, Swazi was seen on the Djuma dam cam with a wire or snare loosely hanging around his neck. A search ensued to try and removee this but he managed to elude those were trying to find him and help him for days. When they finally caught up with him, the wire wass removed and it was found he had not sustained an injury from it. Max Supply: 300

She was born in May or June of 2016 in the Nkuhuma Pride. Her mother was the oldest lioness of the pride, known as Nana. Her father was one of the Birmingham Males. She was named for and is easily recognizable by her distinctive ears, with the left one having notches taken out of it and her right eared being quite tattered. She gave birth to her first litter in May of 2021. Max Supply: 300

Born in December of 2006 to Karula. Thandi and her littermate/sister Shadow were the first-ever leopard cubs seen live on WildEarth in June of 2007, just two months after the live safaris began. Now, at around 15 years of age, Thandi is still gracing our screens and has become a grandmother after her daughter Tlalamba had cubs of her own. Max Supply: 900

Born in early November of 2017 to Thandi. Once she was ready to go out on her own, her mother relinquished most of the Djuma area to her and Tlalamba has had no trouble establishing herself in it. Nicknamed Princess Tlalamba, the first signs she was ready to become a Queen in her own right came in October of 2019 when she was heard sawing for the first time in response another female named Luna that had wandered into her area. With growing confidence, Tlalamba is now heard sawing often and recently has become a mother herself. Max Supply: 900

Xidulu was born in September or October of 2014 to the Ingrid Dam female in the Londolozi/Singita/Othawa area in the southern Sabi Sands. While for most leopards it is unknown who fathered them, for Xidulu this is known. Scat DNA testing by Panthera established that the Anderson male sired her. Max Supply: 600

Xongile, daughter of Karula and sister to Hosana, was just 13 months old when her mother disappeared and she was left alone with her brother to learn to fend for themselves. She did very well and rapidly became a skilled huntress. The last known sighting of Xongile was in August of 2017. Never to be seen again after that, she seems to have disappeared into the wilderness, just as her mother before her. Max Supply: 300
