As Dark Mane was, Blondie was born to the Avoca Pride and sired by Avoca/Giraffe Males of the Timbavati area in early to mid 2013. Blondie was seen in the Northern Sabi Sands for the first time in early 2018. Together with Dark Mane and Mohawk he ruled Djuma and between the three of them they sired various cubs with the Talamati and Nkuhuma Pride lionesses in early to mid 2019. Blondie and his brother Mohawk are currently regularly seen with the Nkuhuma Pride.
