A Ticket to Dream entitles the holder to:
Join one of WildEarth’s guides on a LIVE safari
Sit in the front seat next to the guide
Introduce themselves on the LIVE safari (optional)
For Djuma, if you are not staying in the northern Sabi Sands, tickets can be redeemed for Sunset Safaris. We can arrange to meet you at Gowrie gate or at DRC before the drive for a quick tour of our camp. After the Safari you will be able to leave through Gowrie gate again to return to your accommodation outside the Sabi Sands.
To redeem your ticket at one of the other locations, it is required to book at least a one night’s stay at the respective lodge, but this is not included in the ticket price.
Validity of the ticket:
The Ticket to dream can be redeemed at any time in the future at any participating site that is operational at that time.
Transferability of the ticket:
The Ticket can be purchased for oneself, or as a gift to someone else. The Ticket can also be gifted to a third-party any time after purchase. It is not allowed to transfer the ticket in exchange for any consideration, whether monetary or otherwise.
Ticket holders must be:
at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the date of redeeming a ticket,
a registered WildEarth Explorer at the time of purchasing a ticket
How to redeem your ticket
When you are ready to travel and want to redeem your ‘Ticket to Dream’, simply contact us at and we will get back to you to start making arrangements.
Confidentiality
By purchasing or accepting a gifted Ticket, the Ticket holder authorises WildEarth to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of Ticket holders for communication purposes.
By redeeming a ticket, the Ticket Holder consents that WildEarth may use names and images taken of the Ticket Holder for publicity purposes, without any further remuneration being payable. All promotional material will become the sole property of WildEarth. However, the Ticket Holder has the right to decline to participate in any promotional activity or to object to these images being used by written notification to WildEarth at the time of booking the date at which the ticket is to be redeemed.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
The Ticket Holder hereby indemnifies WildEarth, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents against any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or loss of any kind regardless of how this was caused, and whether it arose under the law of contract or delict or otherwise, because of the Ticket Holders purchase, acceptance or redemption of a Ticket
WildEarth reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Ticket Holder’s provided information (including but not limited to a participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to reject any participant who has not complied with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the WildEarth’s discretion. Failure by WildEarth to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
General
If part or all of any clause of the Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or enforceable:
It will be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable, but if that is not possible,
It will be severed from the Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue to have full force and effect.
All Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and should a doubt or dispute occur, it will be taken before the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
